REMADE South East

Andrew Kent of REMADE joined us in Alencon. As Stefano comments:” He was generous in his offer to share information, to connect researchers with his partners in the building industry and in the management of their waste streams. One potential niche project could be systems for practical on site separation of building waste – possibly adapted trailers that enable wood recycling companies [for example] to more efficiently collect materials at strategic stages of build, without them being contaminated in mixed use skips, without the footprint or cost to construction companies of 8 yard skips. This could be developed by a specific team of staff / students”
